We guide you through Meta business verification, register your WhatsApp Business number under our account as the Business Solution Provider, and submit your message templates for approval. The whole onboarding typically takes 24–48 hours. You keep ownership of the number and can disconnect any time.

You build rules with a When / If / Then flow: when a customer sends a keyword like ‘price’ or ‘book’, RemindZ can send a text or template reply, auto-create a lead in your pipeline at the right stage, and schedule follow-up messages on a 24-hour, 3-day, or 7-day cadence.

Yes. Invite teammates via WhatsApp and they join with one tap. Roles include Owner, Manager, and Agent. Contacts and leads can be assigned to specific teammates, and incoming chats can be routed automatically by keyword.

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for solo owners - up to 50 contacts, the default lead pipeline, reminders, and notes. WhatsApp Cloud API onboarding and sending are included on paid plans starting at ₹499/month. Meta's per-conversation messaging charges (paid directly to WhatsApp) apply separately and depend on your monthly volume.
